To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition (New) that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is also entitled for refund/return, in the following cases

  • Product tampers.

Damages and issues ( Defective Products )

Contact us immediately if you get any (Defective) damaged product or wrong product. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping charge fee is $0.00 and the Re-stocking charge fee is $0.00

For your responsibility ( Customer Remorse )

If you purchase the wrong product, please contact us immediately. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. This means your shipping fee is $5.00 and the Re-stocking fee is $0.00

Exceptions / non-refundable products

After purchasing a product, that product must be refundable. The product must be in new condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Time frame to Refund- Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 10 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 25 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If an item is faulty (see definition below), wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, we will take corrective action, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

*Damaged or faulty items include unraveled seams and/or holes that are present before being washed.

Unfortunately if you have entered the wrong address, moved or need to change a product variant after your order has been shipped, we will not be able to accommodate you nor offer you a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at E-mail: support@yourcartstore.com and wait for our reply we will send you the address where you send your item back for exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
